1. Booking & Reservations
Services are secured only upon the receipt of an advance payment and a signed agreement. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for all requested dates.

Advance payments are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can evolve. Date changes are acceptable, provided the request is made in writing and is subject to our availability. In the event of a transition to a date where we are already committed, the non-refundable advance policy remains in effect.
4. Artistic Credit & Usage
Wedding Photography HQ retains the copyright to all visual assets. Clients are granted a personal use license for sharing and printing. Commercial use or third-party publication requires explicit written consent.
